As a mother of one, Tammie advocates the consumption of real and whole foods that are both delicious and nutrient-dense, starting as early as 6 months old in life. She has since been teaching other moms how to do the same.

Grow it.

Tammie’s life mission is to empower through functional nutrition awareness, one person at a time. This begins with the philosophy that, what we eat directly impacts our body systems’ balance, resulting in either a thriving or symptomatic wellbeing.
